AICANTDOTHATYET™
WHO WE ARE

Built by someone too impatient to wait in line.

Our founder's story starts in a village and runs through ISRO — India's aerospace establishment, a place of extraordinary work and generational timelines. You join to do something that matters, slowly. Leaving wasn't about the destination. It was about the velocity.

We call it the Impatience of Ambition: some things worth building can't wait for the queue to move. That impatience is the company. The gap between how a business runs today and how it could run is one nobody should wait years to close.

WHAT WE SAW EARLY

We were mapping this future before it had a name.

In 2021, long before "agentic" was a category, our founder was building Soulbound Tokens — non-transferable, identity-bound credentials — as a primitive for verifiable reputation and trust. It was early, and it was right.

That same instinct — that the next source of leverage in business is verifiable relationships and auditable systems— is exactly what Zeyhi and our Glass Box workflows are built on today. We don't chase the frontier. We tend to arrive before it.

THE MISSION

A $100M capability, run from Bangalore, without a $100M headcount.

The old way to scale was complexity: more people, more layers, more coordination cost. We're proof of the opposite — capability from a leveraged agentic system, not a payroll. High output, lean by design.

We aren't theorists about the Agentic Pivot; we're the working example. The 48-Hour Teardown is us pointing the same lens we run our own business through at yours.

THE WAY WE WORKFour commitments.

01We name the leak before we sell the fix.

The teardown is useful even if you never hire us again. That's deliberate.

02We build Glass Boxes, never black boxes.

If you can't audit it, we won't ship it. Sovereign AI is the only kind we'll put our name on.

03We do the arithmetic out loud.

Every recommendation comes with the math attached, run on your numbers — and we size the upside conservatively. We'd rather you beat our projection than miss it. You decide with numbers in hand, never on faith.

04We show our work daily.

When we build, progress lands as daily demos in a shared Slack channel. No three-week silences, no big-reveal theatre.

See what we'd find in your stack.
