Fees for our services, such as the 48-Hour Teardown, are clearly stated on our website or provided in a custom quote. Payments are due according to the terms specified at the time of purchase or in your specific service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Baryon & Anima Pvt Limited, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically within the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
